Cary Glenn is one of Laguna Beach’s most successful real estate agents with over 25 years of experience.
Cary graduated from University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and went to work for General Electric Corporation in their lighting division immediately upon graduating. During his tenure, he held positions as Sales Associate, Regional Marketing Manager, and Senior Manager of National Accounts.
After 10 years with GE he went to work for Genlyte Corporation as Director of Marketing and Manufacturing and was eventually promoted to Vice President of sales. In this role he was responsible for $800 million in sales. After 4 years at Genlyte he was recruited by Cooper Industries Lighting Group as the Vice President of Sales for the Western Region and was responsible for sales, distribution and marketing. In 1992, he started his own lighting manufacturing representative company. Cary sold the company after 9 years of ownership, during which time he grew the business to sales of over $75 million.
In 2001 Cary started Main Beach Realty in the heart of Laguna Beach. Throughout the years, he has prided himself on positioning his company as a premier “boutique” real estate firm. Main Beach Realty specializes in residential and commercial sales in addition to rentals and property management. At all times, he ensures the primary focus is the client, making sure to take of all their real estate needs.
Chad has long called Southern California home. Born and raised in Orange County, he attended UCLA and had the privilege of playing baseball under legendary coach Gary Adams. During his college tenure, he was named the 2004 UCLA Baseball Team Co- Captain and granted the NCAA Champs Award.
Upon graduating UCLA, Chad pursued a wealth of real estate opportunities in Costa Rica. While there, he sold & leased luxury real estate and planned high-end vacations for a worldwide clientele.
In 2007, Chad returned to Laguna Beach with honed and refined real estate experience. The business skills he learned during his time in Costa Rica have brought him and his clients great success in selling and leasing luxury Real Estate throughout California. In addition, he manages nearly 100 properties in Orange County including commercial offices, large residential apartment complexes, condominiums, and high end vacation homes.
Chad enjoys giving back to the community and throughout the past 4 years has been proud to be one of the assistant baseball coaches at Laguna Beach High School.
Showcasing his tenacity, one of Chad’s greatest accomplishments was finishing a 50 mile Ultra Marathon in 12 hours. This feat also raised over $65,000 for the Wounded Warrior Project.

Jordan Glenn is a licensed Real Estate Agent, Project Manager, and Director of Marketing at Main Beach Realty. A Laguna Beach native, Jordan was born and raised in this special city and was heavily involved in academics, sports, and student government in the Laguna Beach school system. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Anthropology from the University of California Irvine Honors Program. His education allowed him to master the intersection between business and people – an understanding that has allowed him thrive in the Real Estate market.
His short tenure at Main Beach Realty has been full of success: he has overseen and orchestrated the complete remodels of 13 apartment units, overhauled the company’s entire digital marketing strategy, and helped facilitate over $13 million in successfully completed transactions. Jordan’s dedication, friendly disposition, and intimate knowledge of Laguna Beach ensures highly personal service from start to finish.
Tamao Sato-Hall, a California Native, is a personable agent with international experience who is fluent in both English and Japanese. She lived in Tokyo, Japan and was involved in international business for 2 years which sharpened her negation skills. However, she soon longed for the coastal life of Orange County and decided to move back.
Her love for people and architecture, combined with a keen eye for detail, has allowed her to thrive in the real estate industry. Tamao takes great care of every client by bringing a personal touch to each and every transaction.
Prior to joining the Main Beach Realty team, Michael spent more than 35 years in the field of Executive Search. For the past 15 years, his company, Miller and Moore, was housed in the Main Beach Realty building where he gained firsthand experience of the company’s operations and interactions between owner Cary Glenn, his clients, and his employees.
Miller and Moore was a boutique executive search firm operating under the principles of integrity and results in an externally driven environment, meaning the client was king.
