I graduated with a BS in Marketing from Upper Iowa University. After graduation I spent 4 years in the construction industry. During this time I was able to develop a true passion for real estate and wanted to make this my career. I have called Orange County my home for 27 years. I graduated from University of Massachusetts - Amherst with a finance degree. I was the creator and owner of two successful bottled water companies in Florida and California. Each company was sold in March of 2000. After this adventure, I became partner at Main Beach Realty in which my duties include managing the office and acquiring development opportunities for all current and new clients. I have been a Laguna Beach resident since 1995 and practicing real estate in Orange County since 2001.

I was born in Washington DC and grew up in Bethesda MD. I have lived in Laguna Beach for 20 years and have been involved in real estate the entire time. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. In 1980, I began a career in the lighting business and started my own company in 1992. I sold the company in 2001 in order to pursue my love of real estate full time. In 2001 Richard Zona and I founded Main Beach Realty in 2002 and have been growing our business ever since.

I am a graduate of University of California, Irvine and a mother of two boys. My husband and I are native Californians migrating between Pasadena, San Francisco and Orange County. Before my Real Estate career, I worked in the Actions Sports Industry in sales. I currently involved with a family foundation to help those suffering from diabetes, mesothilioma/lung cancers and leukemia. Our foundation finds doctors and universities on the West Coast making strides in these diseases and thus donating to their passion to find a cure. California has always been home to me. Chad Concolino was born and raised in Orange County, CA. He attended and graduated from UCLA where he had the honor of playing Baseball under Legendary Coach Gary Adams. He was honored to be the Team Captain of the bruin’s baseball team. After graduating from UCLA, Chad moved to Costa Rica for almost 8 years a and has planned and set up countless vacations for people all over the world traveling to Costa Rica. During his beginning years living in Costa Rica, Chad began selling Real Estate and managing properties. I was born in Pasadena, California and lived in Altadena, California till I was 18. I attended the University of Redlands and majored in Business, Art and History. I spent every summer at my great grandparents beach house located at Victoria Cove in Laguna Beach. I married the girl up the street and we bought our first house together, just up the street from my great grandparents house, where we have lived for 30 years. We have raised our two kids in Laguna, Miranda and Wyatt. I worked for 29 years in the semiconductor industry and decided it was time to get my real estate license and pursue the joy of working in the Laguna Beach real estate market and helping people create their own life styles.
